National Doctor's Day : History

                       

          National Doctor's Day is celebrated on the 1st of July in India every year.This day pay tribute to the whole medical profession and to highlight the value of doctors in our lives.

         In 1991, the National Doctor's Day was established by the Central Government to pay honour the legendary Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, who was also the second Chief Minister of West Bengal.
